Every Year Dauphin Bible Camp has over 140 summer missionaries that come together and fill the many positions needed to make a summer of camp possible.

We at DBC want to see our staff grow and succeed at camp as well as in other areas of life. Therefore we encourage and teach our staff through a quality staff training week, daily meetings, mentorship, new experiences, evaluations, internships and leadership opportunities.

Internships, Praticum, Field Ed, & Work Experience Credits available.

Are you a post secondary or seminary student? We at DBC want to help with your education. We have a wide variety of positions available that will meet the non academic parts of your educational requirements. Why not earn credits while having a blast and making a difference in the lives of hundreds of campers. Cabin Leader Training.

We also offer the Cabin Leader Training program for those who wish to work at DBC in a Cabin leading role.

Our CLT program is for people ages 15+ who are interested in Cabin Leading or Volunteering at Dauphin Bible Camp. It is designed to teach the practical aspects of leading a cabin in a Christian camp setting. It also has a strong spiritual aspect with a focus on the participant's relationship with God!
